ARTStoberFEST 2008

Rochester’s rich and diverse arts and humanities activities fill up the calendar all year long. Special attention, however, is being given to events taking place during October – National Arts and Humanities Month and Mayor Brede’s proclaimed ARTStoberFEST. This is the perfect time to explore the visual arts, music, theater, history, literature, arts education, and dance offerings in our community.

Join your neighbors in supporting the arts and humanities by participating in one or more of the exciting events on the ARTStoberFEST calendar. Concerts, theatrical performances, classes and workshops, discussion groups, visual art displays, demonstrations – name it, and Rochester has it!

Augmented ARTWALK

Downtown Rochester’s popular monthly ARTWALK starts earlier in the evening this month as it accommodates a host of entertainment and arts activities celebrating ARTStoberFEST. Visit downtown galleries, studios, retail shops, and restaurants as you navigate this “augmented” version of what is fast becoming a Rochester tradition.
